Hunting in the Forest

Embersong padded along the forest floor, her ears pricked, listening for the slightest sound that might mean one more meal for NightClan.

A rustle from behind is heard while Hollykit struggles to keep up.

"shhh you dont want to scare the prey Hollykit" "Embersong lets slow down"

"Kay" Ember slows her pace so Hollykit can keep up

Hollykit is still running a bit to keep up but she is enjoying the excersize

stop i hear something heatherclaw says as she crouchs down and starts stalking the prey she sees a magpie and leaps and comes up with it in her jaws

Embersong smiles, "looks like StarClan is in our favour today, prey already!" (!)

"I wanna try I wanna try!!!"

"Hollykit your too young"Heatherclaw says after she put down the prey "who wants to help me take it back then we can share it"

"MEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"lets let Embersong hunt and lets go eat" "come on" heatherclaw and Hollykit walks back to camp

she pricks her ears as she hears a rustle. "okay, see you guys later!" she whispered.

"come on Hollykit" said Heatherclaw as she padded away with the prey in her jaws

Hollykit stumbles after Heatherclaw, tripping over her own paws.

"You okay" Heatherclaw says as she looks back at Hollykit

Hollykit giggles happily in response.
